What will you be doing?

  • Handson data engineering cleaning and organising data in Python, S3, Redshift.
  • AWS solution guru working with a wide array of AWS tools, in order to be able to recommend the right tool for the job. You'll need to be confident in your approach
  • Partnership with product management, sales and our support teams to establish requirements and produce cost effective, scalable architectures to meet business requirements.
What skills will you need?

  • Ideally 4 years experience, specifically with Redshift, Lambda and/or Cloudformation.
  • Commercial experience with Kafka or other comparable streaming platform.
  • Competent with Spark, Hadoop or other big data/distributed computing paradigm.
  • 3 years experience writing code in Python in a similar role ideally within financial services.
  • Agile development methodologies and DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and Jira.
