Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily banking
- Posting bank transactions. Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple currency bank accounts.
- Sales ledger
- Credit control, following up with debtor queries and chasing overdue payments. Sending monthly customer statements. Maintaining sales daybook.
- Purchase ledger
- Coding and inputting invoices, supplier statements, payment run preparations twice monthly.
- Credit card and expenses management.
- Petty cash management.
- Assisting the Financial Controller with month end, year end and audits.
- Producing schedules based on order requirements.
- Adjusting and managing schedules to adhere to customer demand as well as supply chain adjustments.
- Ability to manage live projects.
- General office admin duties, i.e, phone, mail, post office, stationery orders
- Manage sales and management team calendars.
- Customer support and planning.
- Providing cover for shipping and sales admin departments.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Studying towards AAT would be advantageous
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- A positive cando attitude every day, happy to get involved with all areas of the business
- Advance working knowledge of Excel is a must (SAP experience desirable)
Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
