HYBRID ROLE - 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE


Parker Young is proud to be supporting a branded food business with a portfolio of well-known brands in the identification of an Assistant Brand Manager, supporting category and marketing by leading on specific projects.


The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing projects to time and budget, escalating risks which challenge action plans and the critical path and participating in project team meetings.
  • Managing elements of brand management, analysing internal and external data and activation of the marketing plan from market research, packaging to BTL activity, product quality and store activation.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, by updating and collaborating with internal teams to ensure all work to project requirements.
  • Presenting to customers and project forums on brand and gate reviews.
  • Managing artwork and pack changes with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively solving critical path challenges to meet project deadlines and taking ownership by seeking solutions through collaborating with various departments.
  • Tracking and monitoring project workflow on internal systems which informs business functions and product launches.
  • Working with the Head of Global Brands and international teams to grow international markets.
