Spa Membership Coordinator - Watford, United Kingdom - Ralph Trustees
Description
We are looking for a Membership Coordinator to be a first point of contact for any existing members who have queries about their membership or any potential new members who are looking to join Sequoia.
This role is Monday to Friday with some Saturday working and evening events.
The spa team regularly run events for their members and guests and so this role will have responsibility for the co-ordination of these activities as well as putting together voucher packs.
Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for this role, as well as good organisation and administration skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, as well as being part of a team.
