HeadStart Speech and Behaviour Therapies is expanding
Due to increasing demand for our services, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a part
- time BCBA/MSc to join our expanding team in the West Midlands area. For this position, you will need to be able to drive.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing a range of behaviour and analytic services to children and young people with learning disabilities and on the autism spectrum.

Role and Responsibilities
Core role
- Manage a caseload of clients including:Client Assessment
- Conducting team workshops
- Consultation note writing
- Programme management
- Report writing
- Team, school and parent liason.
- Work alongside other professionals (SaLT, OT, teachers)
Management responsibilities
- Supervise and line manage SBS's and senior SBSs
- Supervise trainee clinicians in coordination with lead Clinician and Clinical Lead
Qualifications and Education Requirements (one or more of the following)
- BCBA
- PG Cert in Speech and Language Therapy
- PG Cert in Occupational therapy
- Be a Member of HCPC or UK-SBA
Preferred Skills
- Level 2 safeguarding training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A reflective practitioner
- Experience of interteam working
- Professional attitude to staff and clients
- Supervision training completed
Additional Notes
- We expect clinician to understand and promote the company values to staff, other professional and personally
- You must have a car and a valid drivers licence

- You will visit one of our clients and interact with our team.
