Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5yr PQE

Hours:
Full time - 2 days hybrid is available but fully office based is preferred.

Salary:
£40-£65K DOE

This firm is a niche legal practice that specialises in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency but advise on all types of legal matters concerning businesses or individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as a senior commercial litigation solicitor
Delivering first class client service and work effectively as part of a team;
Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with clients, staff, and other stakeholders;
You will be responsible for running and developing a preexisting caseload with support from the Managing Director, advising clients on a broad range of disputes for commercial and individual clients which may include specialisms like business disputes, professional negligence, banking and finance litigation, construction litigation, contentious probate and inheritance disputes, as well as tax litigation and insolvency.

EXPERIENCE:

You have a sound, wellrounded knowledge of commercial law
You have the experience to train, mentor, support and supervise junior members of staff working within Bailoran Solicitors, as and when this is required.
Able to follow department procedures, the SRA Handbook
