Competitive, pro-rata

Hours:
Part-time, 08:30-12:00 Monday to Friday.

Facultative Technologies, a leader in cremation technology solutions, is seeking a personable and highly organised Receptionist for a part-time position that offers a job share option.

We are seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team and become the face of our organization.

As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our company.

Main Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Answer and direct incoming calls, providing information as required.

Manage meeting room bookings and organise refreshments for meetings.

Maintain reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard of presentation.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Maintain security by issuing visitor badges and monitoring logbooks.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
