Our client is a prestigious City law firm - they are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor to join their lovely HR team in London.
This is fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly and supportive team of HR and Recruitment professionals.
As a Recruitment Advisor you will be tasked with the recruitment of a full range of employees, from business services and business support to fee earners and management staff.
You will assist in the coordination of the induction and onboarding of all newjoiners to the firm and during quieter times, you will assist the Head of Recruitment and Early Careers Advisor with graduate and apprenticeship recruitment as well as Partner lateral hiring.
The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £55,000 + Benefits. This role is a permanent position, and the client are currently using a hybrid working approach (3 days in the office, 2 from home)This is a great Recruitment Advisor opportunity
Responsibilities as a Recruitment Advisor include:
- Manage recruitment activity, both fee-earner and support / business services
- Draft job descriptions for new approved vacancies
- Conduct interviews, where appropriate
- Liaise closely with partners and managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Work closely with the HR & Recruitment Administrators in the arrangement of interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholders and hiring partners
- Take ownership of social media campaigns and job advertising
- Assist in the coordination of the firm's work experience programmes
- Assist the Head of Recruitment with lateral partner hiring where required
- Assist the HR Operations team with wider tasks or projects as required
Requirements as a Recruitment Advisor include:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within Legal Recruitment whether from an agency or in house
- Recruitment experience ideally from Legal or Professional Services environment
- A passion for and demonstrable experience in direct sourcing
- Highly accurate and with a keen attention to detail in all areas of work
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
