Description

We are samll friendly busy Nursery in the city centre of Preston. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Senior level 3 Practitioner.

To have experience of a senior Practitioner role, including Team leading

Childcare qualification at level 3 or above
Experience in an early years setting
Knowledge of Record Keeping and experienced Key Worker

Professional Skills:

To plan to the EYFS curriculum
To achieve and maintain high standards of care, activities and a rich learning environment

*Good communication skills

To be able to understand and meet the needs of individual children and families
To be motivated, a team player and use own initiative
The ability to develop and maintain caring and trusting relationships with the children and their families
To be able to plan, and record documentation.
To ensure professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

*To attend and contribute to staff meetings

Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
