Description

We are looking for a production operative to join a manufacturing firm who supply marine products across the world.

The company are based near Maldon, Essex and are looking for someone who will be able to work on varied tasks and alongside the machinists.

Your main role will be to coil, cut and pack products, meaning you will need to be able to pay close attention to detail.

You will also need to be physically fit enough to carry raw and finished products.

Starting salary will be £21,682 with a shift bonus if on the late shift leading to a much higher starting salary Hours for the role will either be 07:15-15:45 or 12:15-20:45 Monday to Friday.

Production Operative duties:

Coiling and packing inline with job sheets
Correctly label and package products
Carry out any paperwork required
Assist with moving products around the factory
Working with other staff to ensure all tasks are completed

All training will be provided so long as you show the correct attitude to work, however if you have any experience of coil winding or small assembly work you will be of extreme interest
