Exciting Opportunity for Production Line Operators in Rothley, Leicester

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey in Hamilton, Leicester? Join us as we seek 2 passionate Production Line Operators to fuel our thriving operation.

With a 4 on 4 off rota, you'll dive into two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts, ensuring excitement around the clock.

Shift and payrate:
£14.31 per hour (including shift allowance)

Working Hours:
4 on 4 off, consisting of 2 days (06:00-18:00) and 2 nights (18:00-06:00)

Responsibilities:

Uphold rigorous food hygiene standards
Conduct meticulous quality checks on the production line
Efficiently manage stop/starts
Tackle minor machine issues with finesse
Adhere rigorously to Health & Safety protocols
A positive, cando attitude
While manufacturing experience is advantageous, it's not compulsory
Thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
Possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining quality
