Description
We are looking for a positive, driven and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Office Co-Ordinator within a busy Domiciliary care company office based in Edlington Community Centre.

Their main duties and responsibilities may include:

Establishing and enforcing office policies and procedures

Maintaining a clean and organised office appearance
-
Minute taking of team and area meetings, disseminating information and collaborating information
-
Dealing with accurate record keeping within filing systems both paper based and electronic.

Providing support to the management team with administrative tasks
-
Managing the ordering of stock including stationary, PPE
-
Completing supply inventories and stock rotation/organisation
-
Developing processes to monitor and maintain high standards of record keeping across the service.

Use Excel and other programs to track and monitor tasks completed.

Experience and training Required:
-
Administrative experience is essential 1 year

You have at least 1 years Customer Service Experience

GCSE in English
-
Certification in relation to administrative typing or similar

Organisation and prioritising skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Previous experience of using care systems would be desirable

Have High Personal Standards

You have an eye for detail
Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Salary £22,000-£25,000 dependent upon experience
