Location:
Working from Shoreditch Office, home and various client locations as required.


Salary:
up to £50k

Must have:


  • Salesforce knowledge and understanding
  • Sales Cloud Certification or Service Cloud Certification
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Client Facing Experience
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, an understanding of people and how to liaise with others is crucial through any major change in a business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements.

Deliverables:


  • Support and configure meaningful solutions in complex environments that help clients become high performance businesses.
  • As a junior consultant you will be involved in the test and UAT phases. They will often take the role of trainer and mentor to the end users and will be responsible for acceptance of the new system changes.
  • Delivering Salesforce projects from start to finish on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with teams of highly qualified functional and technical resources, both onshore as well as offshore

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Salesforce: 5 years (preferred)
