BSV are currently hiring for a Project Lead, to lead the construction of a £200m New-Build Data Centre Project in Northern Europe on behalf of our client.

The Role

As Project lead you will be heading up the project from Design, Construction and installation of Building Services through to Delivery to the end-user and reporting to the Senior Campus Management Staff.

Some of your duties will include:

Ensuring the Construction, Installation of Building Services and Handover operations all run smoothly, on time and on budget.
Managing a team of Project Managers, ensuring technical support is provided at all times.
Liaising with Clients, Client's representatives and Sub-Contractors, coordinating efforts from design through to delivery.
Report to Senior Campus Management team, attending regular meetings and providing progress reports.
Project and Programme Management.
Risk and Strategic Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally you will have a steady background with Main Contractors, managing New Build Data Centre Projects
Ideally you will hold a relevant Building Services or Project Management degree or vocational equivalent
You will need to be willing to travel as the project is based overseas in Northern Europe
