Description
The hours of work will be from 8:30 - 17:30, the duties will mostly consist of but are not limited to:

Receptionist

  • Managing the switchboard (answering, transferring calls, referring inquiries, console operation etc.)
  • Meeting and greeting guests (maintaining security by ensuring the fire register is kept up to date)
  • General housekeeping around the reception area and the office (ensuring that the kitchens are well stocked and kept tidy)
  • Booking and management of meeting rooms
  • Collating information printing, binding etc
  • Managing office supplies (stationery and consumables), ensuring all stationary are replenished and kept tidy.
  • Liaising with the Directors as well as support staff (Marketing/Bids, Finance, HR, and Administrative), dealing with general enquiries where appropriate.
  • Providing document assistance, working on templates, general typing
  • Dealing with the post and doing post runs when required
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Assist with data Exchange on internal software (CMap)
Any other tasks which may be reasonably required.


Aftercare Admin

  • Liaise with the Aftercare Manager
  • Calling residents
  • Booking end of defects inspection
  • Completing spreadsheets
  • Issuing letters
You will express a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who can assist any member of staff should they need it. Past office experience is not essential, but desirable.


Requirements:


  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programmes and Adobe Acrobat
  • High attention to detail
  • Be able to multitask
  • Work well within a team but also have the ability and confidence to work alone and take initiative
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£18,773.77-£25,663.51 per year
