Description
A receptionist's daily tasks will involve:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Registering people
- Ordering stationary & stocking up the office
- Day to day admin support for directors
Skills required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literacy
- Confident in MS Word/Excel/Access/Outlook/Calendar
- Professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of general administration
- Good communication skills
- Neat and well presented
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
