iMultiply are engaged with one of Scotland's leading Property Management Companies in their search for a Financial Controller based in Glasgow City Centre, on an initial 3 month interim contract with the view of going permanent.

This organisation is a leading Property Management firm, experiencing transformational change, with an interesting history and an exciting growth journey ahead of it.


The Role
As the Financial Controller this a brilliant opportunity to join a company with a truly outstanding senior management team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the business balance sheet and monthly reporting through working with key stakeholdersto ensure the business operates in a controlled manner and in adherence with the set financial control framework.


Description:


  • Oversight of the balance sheet for the business and reporting requirements thereon
  • Fully support and manage the integration and planning of future acquisitions
  • Manage the internal and external audit requirements
- ???????Ensure the Management team are fully informed on any material issues, changes or projects within the business

  • Work with the wider Finance Team to ensure compliance with all set policies

On Offer


This Financial Controller role is offered on a full time, interim contract with a competitive salary of up to £60,000 with excellent benefits.
