Class 2 Driver.

We are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for our client who are based near Bardon, Leicester, East Midlands.

The Duties:

• Safely drive and operate a Class 2 RORO vehicle.
• Accurately load and secure containers to the vehicle using the hook‑loader system.
• Transport waste materials, including general waste, construction waste and recyclables.
• Complete daily vehicle checks sheets, and complete job tickets.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Must hold a valid Class 2 driving licence - No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Full RORO Training and Induction provided.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must be physically fit and able.

The Hours:

46 hours
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off - 6am - 6pm
11.5 hours per day with 30 minutes unpaid break.

The Pay:

You will earn an hourly rate of £15.50 to start, once training is complete the rate will be up to £16.50 per hour.
