ABOUT US:
Situated between Aberystwyth and the Stunning Cambrian Mountains Nanteos Mansion is a

beautiful Country House hotel. Conveniently positioned but with a rural setting, this 17th
- century estate is rich in character and history.

With 22 individual bedrooms and self catering mews house to choose from guests can opt

for a home from home with a personal service.


THE ROLE:
As part of our team you will be delivering a great service within the housekeeping department.

Alongside the Housekeeping Manager you will be a fundamental part of guests stay from the

moment they arrive to their room. By working together with the rest of the team, you will ensure

all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.

KEY THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Cleaning rooms and public areas to the highest standards and ensuring they are always well

presented and ready on time.

Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues for repair.

Helping to count and put away linen and other orders


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We recruit people with all different walks of life and backgrounds. While we don't have a

'typical' employee, we look for people to join our team who are naturally friendly - who

genuinely care about our guests and the service they receive.

A team player with a positive attitude and an eye for detail is much more important to us than

experience.

You must be physically fit and able to carry linen and equipment up and down stairs as the

hotel is a Listed Building there are no lifts.

Must be able to work weekends

As the hotel is rural you will need to be able to drive to get to work
