Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team based in Hartlepool. Pro-active Training are a training provider delivering apprenticeships and traineeships in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Verify information and make sure all relative information/documentation is compliant with ESFA funding rules and regulations.
Resolve issues that arise to enable business and industry processes to be completed successfully.
Maintain thorough and accurate learner information.
Keep confidential records private and secure.
Use various database systems and technology.
Update excel trackers and databases
Be able to deal with ad hoc duties as the business requires them.

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Experience within a senior administration role, where you have supported other team members.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
Resilient and ambitious personality.
Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel.
Well organised.
Computer literate.
Flexible to suit the needs of the business.
Excellent attention to detail.
Understanding of Apprenticeship and Traineeship funding paperwork and requirements
