Care first Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for Nursery Practitioners in Hammersmith and Fulham_

Duties & Responsibilities:_

Working with babies / children 05yrs you will provide an inclusive service for care and education ensuring that activities are planned and carried out which are sensitive to and reflect the diverse background of the children.
To contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the Children's Centre and Early Years Foundation Stage.
To be responsible for the planning and carrying out of care, play and learning programmes for groups of children, appropriate to their needs and developmental stage to ensure school readiness and be able to evidence impact.
To ensure that all aspects of the Children's Centre environment are appropriate to the needs of the children in a multiracial community and reflects their specified origins and that all provision is inclusive.
To work in partnership with parents, consulting and sharing information with them about the needs and progress of their child.
