Finance Business Partner
Are you a motivated commercial accountant looking to join an established yet growing engineering business based in Bristol?

You will partner with operational decision makers to support forward thinking business decisions to achieve performance and financial goals.

You will be responsible for:

Partnering with operational decision makers across the business
Providing insight and commentary to numbers to support forward thinking business decisions
Challenge the status quo and strive for continuous improvement
Commercial accounting reporting and project work

You will have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders
Accounting background able to interpret numbers and give insight and suggestions
Ideally an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc...)
Have a curious approach keen to learn how a business works and operate to support continuous improvements and developments
