As a Senior Housing Management Services Officer in Hillingdon, youll be at the forefront of ensuring our residents sustain their tenancies and feel safe in their homes.

Heres what youll be doing:
Leading prevention and intervention efforts to support residents
Addressing reports of ASB (Anti-Social Behavior) and Domestic Abuse
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Creating tailored safety plans for victims
Delivering resident-focused response services
Managing effective action plans to resolve ASB cases

Key Skills and Requirements:

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in managing tenancy-related breaches
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
