i-teachers are currently working with a forward-thinking and inclusive alternative provision school based in the SK7 area who are actively looking to find dedicated, patient and naturally outgoing Behaviour Mentors to join their superb teaching support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

Behaviour Mentor - Role Information:


  • Behaviour Mentor
  • Located in Hazel Grove


  • Full time role

  • Remainder of academic year
  • Paid £90 to £100 per week during term time before tax
  • Working hours: 08.30am pm Monday to Friday
  • Planning and conducting lessons alongside class teacher for KS3 & KS4 students
  • Providing excellent academic and SEMH support to challenging students
  • Being patient, engaging and committed regarding students progress

Behaviour Mentor - Applicant Requirements:


  • Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Childhood Studies degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents
  • Eager to gain vital firsthand school based experience
  • Superb organisation and communication skills
  • Naturally engaging and inspiring individual
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
