Locations include:
Countesthorpe, Cosby, Narborough and possibly Peterborough and Wellingborough. Just need to drive to all locations when required.

Brief job description:


Responsibilities:

Multimedia marketing assistant at kara healthcare will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement.


Key responsibilities include:


Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative content related to healthcare, wellness, and community events to share across various social media platforms.


Community Interaction:

Foster a sense of community online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, addressing concerns, and building positive relationships.


Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote services, events, and health awareness initiatives.


Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, pharmacy, and care home staff, to ensure a cohesive online presence that aligns with the company's values and goals.


Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

  • Analyse and integrate information from the multichannel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both shortterm tactics and longterm strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multichannel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
