As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be a vital part of the team and help with tasks such as:

  • Taking References
  • Updating and maintaining our database
  • Drafting job adverts, and using social media to advertise and managing such responses
  • General administration support

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong work ethic

  • Good Phone Manner
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues & clients
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Strong Organisation skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines
  • Experience of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Own transport (due to location of office and potential growth of the role)
Office Hours
  • Monday to Friday
- 7:30am to 16:30pm
