This Credit Control Manager role is being offered as an office based role, working 9-5.
This is a new position to the firm to manage the credit control function whilst also ensuring that best practice is adhered to.
You will:
- Manage the credit control team including 2 Supervisors / Senior Credit Controllers
- Monitor and report on the Credit Control team's performance
- Monitor and progress complex and significant debtor balances
- Analyse and report on debtor balances
- Take a hands approach to collecting debtor balances
- Liaise with departments across the firm regarding debtor balances.
About you
- Previous credit control experience
- Experience in a management or supervisory role
- Be confident having difficult conversations about large and complex debts
- Willingness to travel to other offices when required
