**Manufacturer and global leader based on the outskirts of the West Midlands/ Solihull is looking to recruit Internal Sales Advisor. This is a permanent role in a growing, friendly and supportive engineering company. This company is a market leaderin their industry and has recently invested in a new state of the art facility and can offer a fantastic work environment.

Job Purpose**:
The Internal Sales Advisor will firstly undertake a series of telesales activities for the companies UK division to reduce the number of long term opportunities for:

  • renewal contracts (both Training and Maintenance) on hold/outstanding
- discontinued products

Then improve the process to maintain the renewal contracts on hold to none, as well as securing all future replacement of discontinued products.

Liaise with Marketing to improve the communications process in order increase the pre-expiry date success rate.
Other similar activities will subsequently be explored across the whole Company. The function will be utilised across the Group to achieve growth.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Running daily and weekly renewals process
  • Closing renewed maintenance and training opportunities
  • ProActive Telephone Calls
  • Up selling
  • Use and Maintain the company CRM system
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Liaising with Sales Team to pass on customers where appropriate

Skills Required:


  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Telesales/Sales proven track record working in sales
  • Confident telephone manner diary management
  • Good communication skill both written and verbally
  • Highly Organised
  • PC Literate
  • Team Player
  • Accuracy/High level of attention to detail
  • Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexible Approach, responding to changing priorities accordingly.

- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
