Global Mobility Specialist

Our Global Mobility tax advisory service is a key and growing product line for activpayroll, and as we continue to grow our global customer network, we are committed to developing our best in class expatriate employee tax consulting product to support and complement our overall growth strategy.
As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for Global Mobility Specialists to deliver best in class Global Mobility related compliance and advisory services to both existing clients and new opportunities.

And now for the technical bit

You'll be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio so you are the key day to day contact delivering a wide range of services and solutions to our clients
As you'll be working directly with clients, you'll be driving brilliant customer service in everything that you do as part of supporting them with challenging assignments that they bring us
You'll be working in a small (but growing) dedicated Global Mobility team so supporting colleagues, including passing on your knowledge and expertise to more junior members of the team, and being a real team player will be a big focus
We want to scale the business, so you'll have the chance to help grow the Global Mobility division by recognising and closing new work opportunities from our current clients
You'll play your part in the regular invoicing processes and help with managing aged debt and financial targets within the team and delivering great commercial results from your clients

We have a small UK (mainly Edinburgh) based Global Mobility team that delivers mobility activity across all international markets, so this is a role that would suit a professional with a strong global mobility background and a desire to deliver brilliant customer service every day to a very diverse client base.
Knowledge of the interaction between global mobility and payroll and the ability to deliver high quality, clear, insightful and holistic guidance and support on a wide range of global mobility related topics
A highly driven individual, ambitious and determined to make an impact
Excellent project, organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan for all activities and see projects through to completion
Exceptional 'people skills', supportive, influential, and persuasive, for working with a range of colleagues and customers
Good business sense and a full understanding of commercial considerations
