JOB TITLE:
Conveyancers




LOCATION:
Milton Keynes or Remote




SALARY:
up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
**HOURS: Mon day

  • Friday 9am5pm (Can be flexible)**

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded law firm with their latest recruitment. They are looking for Conveyancers to join their bubbly and friendly team.


DUTIES:


  • Carry out their own titles checks.
  • BDM/Networking.
  • Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from end to end.
  • Ensuring all conveyancing transactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Someone with a minimum of 2 years FE experience running a varied caseload inc. leasehold files.
- "Can do" attitude.

  • Willingness to progress "up the chain" in the future and to help shape the business.
  • Target driven and commercially aware.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
