Job Brief
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing business to support our digital advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing digital marketing campaigns and analysing sales data.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company's marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.


Once you have settled in, the role can be flexible with 2-3 days working from our Birmingham office and the rest working remotely from home.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyse customers' behaviour (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Design and implement successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Track progress with our Sales Team
  • Identify and analyse competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing marketing data
  • Collaborate with our design/print provider to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organise promotional activities for new services

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as a B2B Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva and Adobe)
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
