British Learning Academy (BLA) originated from Brockhurst Schools and Marlston House, a well-known preparatory school with a hundred years of history.

Established in 2011, BLA offers residential English and activity programs for groups of students mainly aged Our courses also include project-based and business-oriented programs for individuals, groups and companies.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sports Trainer to join our team at the British Learning Academy as a sports trainer during our Summer School at Chichester University Bognor Regis.

This is the perfect holiday job for Sports Coaches, PE Teachers, Trainee PE Teachers, Instructors.


Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions for young students;
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during training sessions and

matches;
Encourage and motivate participants to improve their skills and performance in the

sports;
Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants


Requirements:

Experience coaching and training young people in football and volleyball

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing situations

A background in sports education or related fields is desirable


Person Specifications:

The sports trainer
- has a professional attitude to work and communications with customers
- has a passion for coaching and training young people in sports
- has experience coaching and training young people in different sports
- is at least 20 years old
- is available from 30th June to 30th July 2023


Job Type:
Temporary, 0 Hours Contract


Working hours:
up to 30 hours per week,

with one full day off.


Pay:
Weekly pay up to £500 (varies according to age/experience/whether residential or

not/hours per week)

Residential and non-residential positions available. Accommodation + full board can

be provided if required

One-off contribution of £50 towards travel expenses

Fully paid induction day.

Dates: 4-week contract July, some 2-week and 6- week contracts possible
