FJA are partnering with a Global Company who are looking to recruit a Sales Support Team Leader. The role will be based out of their offices in the Denmead area.

The Sales Support Team Leader will join our global Customer Care team and oversee the UK Sales Support Administration team and ensure that we hit all our SLA's.

The role will provide support in the following areas: Support Team Assistance, Sales Order Entry & Management and Administration Support.

Job role as a Sales Support Team Leader:

  • Oversee the recruitment and training of Sales Support team to ensure skills capability
  • Management of Team Rota's, holiday etc to ensure full coverage of support at all times
  • Develop and implement Sales Support policies, procedures, Work Instructions, and best practices for ensuring customer excellence
  • Produce Weekly and Monthly Reports, analysing data and statistics to obtain results useful for making key business decisions.
  • Coordination of Bids, PQQ's, ITT supporting the Sales Teams by working with relevant members of the team to, write and produce draft documents and bid responses in accordance with company standards
  • Manage bid timetable to ensure bid team members respond in line with bid plan and that all deadlines are met and that bids are submitted on time and in the correct manner
  • Review bid document and pull together previous relevant bids best practice answers from bid portal and systems

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages, ensuring understanding and acknowledgment
  • Ability to juggle differing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to identify problems, provide solutions and implementing the most appropriate actions
  • Demonstrates discretion and ability to deal with confidential issues
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
