Reed Accountancy are working with a leading provider of business process outsourcing to onboard a
Senior Charging Officer to work alongside the team leader.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that any account charging information for nonresidential care services is checked, reconciled and provided as required._

Senior Charging Officers_Day will include: _

To performs activities to ensure that the Charging team meet contractual requirements and KPI's.
To help report and monitor workflows and performance information.
To help deliver training and support to team members.
To help coach, mentor and motivate existing and new staff members.
To be a point of escalation for resolution of queries.
Support service line initiatives and strategy.
To quality assure work, checking against various systems and sources.
To investigate, resolve, refer and follow up queries.
To help implement new procedures and changes.

Senior Charging Officers desired attributes are to include:

Charging and billing role at a senior level experience
Competent reconciliation experience
Microsoft excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
Procedure documents knowledge and experience using these to train and coach team members.
