Planned Maintenance Coordinator

MYSHON Limited is an Intensive Housing Management Company providing support for a range of properties throughout the UK.

We are currently recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Coordinator who will assist the existing Compliance Team in managing and coordinating the compliance and planned maintenance requirements of our various clients' properties.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Manage planned works through to completion including Remedial Works to ensure all our clients' properties are fully compliant completed within our set KPI's this includes, but not limited to, Gas safety Certificates, Fire Risk Assessments, Electrical Certificates, Asbestos Surveys, Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers and inhouse maintenance technicians to ensure the satisfactory and timely completion of all issues related to compliance activities and chase where needed to ensure all KPI's are met.
  • Review all planned compliance and maintenance activities to arrange times and access keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
  • To manage the compliance system (Fix Flo) highlight any shortfalls and arrange with third party vendors to rectify in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statistics in line with housing association and landlord requirements also MYSHON senior management team.
  • Complete a full review throughout the sixmonth process to ensure all valid documents are in place for each asset is being managed on behalf of our clients

Skills (includes Key Competencies)

  • Excellent IT Skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic Knowledge of property services/facilities management and systems preferred, but not essential.

Benefits:

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
