    The Internal Sales Support role is integral to maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers. You will assist the sales team by managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.

    What do we ask from you?

    • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing product information and support.
    • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
    • Work closely with the external sales team to coordinate customer accounts and identify sales opportunities.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and services to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
    • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability.
    • Support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, sales reports, and customer records.
    • Other duties may be required.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or administrative role is preferred.
    • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
    • Familiarity with electrical products or experience in a technical industry is a bonus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.

    • Full time position, fixed contract, period to be agreed.
