Nexus Recruitment are on the lookout for a Commercial Property Manager at the early stages of their career to join an established firm in North London.
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio withinthe heart of London.Our client is looking for someone who hasn't yet started or is in the early stages of their APC for this role and they are happy to provide the training and support to complete this.
The core duties of the position are as follows:- Ensure your portfolio is managed in line with the lease
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Handle all financial responsibility for your portfolio, liaising with the internal accounts department
- Routine inspections
- Liaise with surveyors on all works
- Deal with Licenses to Alter and Deeds of Variation
- Instruct solicitors to prepare leases
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews with surveyors
- Experience as a junior or established Commercial Property Manager
- Started your APC
- Experience with central London stock
- Selfsufficient and resolution focused
- Highly organised and career focused
Remuneration:
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Private healthcare
- Full training and sponsorship towards your APC
- Circa £35,000pa doe
- 9am5:30pm
