The Position:
Supervisor

Working with your management team you are going to set the bar for standards and be the best mentor and leader for your team.

Working closely with the General manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

Provide our guests with the best Customer service possible.
You are accountable for the running of the business day to day when senior management are absent
Working with your kitchen team you will be responsible for food and kitchen compliance
Escalating any HR issues to AM or GM
Spot talent and develop to get the best out of your team
Maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
Ensure labour is controlled on your shifts
Take an active role to ensure social media content is being generated on site
Seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Seek out opportunities to grow and develop your business
