We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • This role is expected to work across functions and systems including, but not limited to, Case Management System (Oracle Service Cloud), Telephone System (BT Cloud), HR Management Systems (Oracle Ebusiness Suite/Oracle HCM Cloud), Applicant Tracking System and Robotic Process Automation
  • Responsible for being a key contributor/lead to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and process solutions, which comply with UK legislation to meet business requirements and align to the overarching HR IT digitalisation strategy
  • Contribute to the HR systems strategy in alignment with the overarching HR IT target architecture and HR digitilsation strategies.
  • Accountable for defining/improving systemrelated internal controls and legal and regulatory requirements
  • Design and incorporate suggested and approved changes to the HR and payroll systems; communicate changes to affected teams; keep all documentation regarding the payroll systems uptodate
  • Provide expertise on HR issues of all complexity regarding design and documentation of the payroll processes.
  • Ensure that the necessary internal controls are modeled in the development of any system changes
  • Interact with stakeholders of the regional/country HR organisations; provide feedback on system and process related content topics

Now, here's what we need from you:

  • Previous experience within HR, process improvement/management, system management and project management is essential.
  • Automation and system configuration experience would be beneficial.
  • Expert understanding of transactional HR processes related to payroll systems and processes in particular.
  • Basic technical knowledge of global and regional systems, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud, Kronos Workforce Central and ResourceLink.
  • Able to deliver on continuous improvement projects in an agreed timeframe.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other staff.
