Job Role

Responsibility for staff performance, training and support

Share of on-call duties

Work in line with children and young peoples care plans

Supervision of staff

Maintain administrative records
Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities

Education, Skills and qualifications

Hold or willing to work towards NVQ 3 in health and social care

Expected to work early, late and night shifts on a rota basis

Have a valid driving licence
Be a good team player
Have the ability to work well with others
Be compassionate and understanding
