A leading UK based, prestigious manufacturer of high-end pet food for over 30 years, at their state-of-the-art facilities based in Norfolk, is seeking a talented Assistant Planning & Procurement Manager to join the team.
Job Profile
Responsibilities
- Load Scheduling.
- Packaging Scheduling.
- Planning product packaging needs.
- Production planning.
- Managing delists and launches.
- Head office and depot replenishment.
- Raw material scheduling.
- Any other ad hoc planning & scheduling duties as required.
Skill/Experience
Production Scheduling: 2 years is preferred.
- Food/FMCG experience advantageous.
- Procurement and/or planning experience.
- Must have excellent decisionmaking skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations.
- Relevant experience within a similar position previously.
- Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Hours
- 8.30am 5.00pm, Mon-Fri
Package
- 33 days annual leave
- Pension Scheme
Location:
Snetterton, Norfolk
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
