EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Food Design Catering Company, for the role of
Head of Travel. It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable organisation who specialise in creating excellent homemade food and creative design for some of the top Restaurants in the UK.

They are also a leading event cateringcompany for world-renowned green field events, performance sports, and fixed sites, along with a strong presence in catering venues within retail


What you'll be doing:


  • Perception by customer and managing SLAs as per the contract
  • Satisfaction of the team, staff turnover, recruitment and team appraisals
  • EBITDA and Cashflow
  • Scores in Food Safety (Local Authority and Food Alert), Security (CAA), Health and Safety internal and external audits
  • Develop SOPs and critically review them regularly and contributions to brand reputation
  • Hold and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Main Skills/ Requirements:


  • 3+ years leadership position in a fastmoving environment
  • Project and change management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with managing financials with budget responsibility required
  • Superior flair for food
  • Experience dealing with highprofile clients
  • Excellent and swift problemsolving skills, planning and scheduling capabilities
  • Ability to effectively manage the operation while maintaining compliance in a heavy regulated environment
  • Advanced Microsoft office tool skills (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods
