Description

Are you looking for a dynamic new challenge with exposure to senior executives as well as external investors? Do you consider yourself a fast learner? We are seeking a confident and diligent Investor Relations Associate to join us and be an integral part of Babylon's Investor Relations team.

You will work directly with our Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance team, as well as our CFO and Chief Legal Officer.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Liaise with various teams across the business for quarterly earnings, investor calls, and all investor relations support:
Help the IR team develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
Assist the IR team in managing equity research and investor relationships.
Assist in creation of presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to investors, analysts, and brokers. You will be liaising with the business to understand and shape the investment narrative and share timely updates with the internal and external stakeholders.
Help manage the investor relations portion of the Company website.
Assist in monitoring any applicable analyst reports, analyst targets, etc.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (Investment Banking, Equity Research or Finance/Accounting) would be ideal
Willingness to learn and be adaptable and flexible
Excellent communication skills
The highest level of organisational skills and attention to detail
