At Ocado Solutions, we are responsible for our corporate international partnerships, offering the proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) as a service to retailers around the world.

Since 2017, we have signed agreements to provide our unique e-commerce solutions to a number of the world's leading grocers, including Groupe Casino (France), Sobeys (Canada), ICA (Sweden), Kroger (USA), Coles (Australia), AEON (Japan), Auchan Poland (Poland, all joining our UK partner Morrisons and the Ocado/M&S joint venture.

About the role


As a Product Strategy Associate, you will work to support the product strategy team in developing the strategic thinking and future direction of the Ocado Smart Platform as it is deployed worldwide by our clients.


You will support the product strategy managers by conducting in depth commercial, market and technical research into key OSP development topics that support execution of our platform strategy.

In addition, you will closely collaborate with both Ocado's world-leading Technology teams and our existing and prospective partners.


About you

  • Ability to conduct desk research to help support strategic recommendations for the OSP.
  • Help plan partner interactions and prepare content for them, together with the wider product strategy team
  • Ability to work collaboratively
- together with the wider Solutions Team and our partners in Ocado Technology, support the product strategy managers in defining, creating and sharing clear and tangible business objectives for OSP.

  • An awareness and understanding of global emerging trends within Grocery Retail
  • Data analysis and good datadriven decisionmaking skills
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Grocery/retail experience preferable
  • Experience in strategy consulting or similar role preferable
