Technical Coordinator

Location:

Birmingham

Salary/Package:

£40000-£55000 (depending on experience) + Generous car allowance/company car, bonus scheme, private healthcare + package

The Technical Coordinator role:

A well established and stable housing developer are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator for their team based in Birmingham due to continued growth.

The role will primarily focus on private and affordable housing schemes across the Midlands and this is a mixture of a site and office based position.

To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:

HNC/Degree in Construction (or similar field)
Experience working for a developer, architectural practice or consultancy preferred
Ideally a minimum 2 years experience working as a Technical Coordinator (or similar)
Excellent staff retention and opportunities for progression
