Finance Manager - Scaling Digital Payments Business

Hybrid - London

£60-70k
Talentedge are excited to be exclusively partnering with a scaling FinTech business looking to establish their in-house finance function.

After achieving significant seed funding alongside huge domestic YoY growth, this business now has plans to establishthemselves in multiple countries across Europe.


Responsibilities:


  • Overall responsibility for the daytoday finance operation
  • Working closely with senior leaders, including CEO and CFO
  • Implement strong internal processes and controls with free rein to implement, automate and improve the finance function
  • Management of Monthend close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Adhoc analysis to support senior management with business related problems

Requirements:


  • Fully Qualified with previous FinTech industry experience
  • Forecasting experience with a strong ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
  • A highly analytical character with a strong eye for detail
  • Fantastic communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
