Our client from a Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Commercial Legal Secretary to join their team in their Christchurch office.


Commercial Legal Secretary

Christchurch

£23,000 - £27,000
You will support the office in reception duties such as:

  • Dealing with clients on the telephone and face to face
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Printing
  • Posting
  • Ensuring the smooth running of a busy office


You will also be responsible for assisting the team with tasks such as file opening, issuing documentation to clients, and enquiries.


  • Previous reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation ability
  • A display of excellent client care skills and prove themselves to be a strong team player.
This role is a full-time position.
