Weston Aviation is looking to recruit a Flight Support Executive to join our Flight Operations team at Gloucestershire Airport.

While previous experience in an aviation related environment is useful, we are just as interested in your customer service experience and 'can do attitude'.

As the face of Weston Aviation, you will be friendly, professional, organised, well-presented and have a great sense of humour.

While there are specific daily regular tasks, no two days are the same. One minute you could be setting up a flight booking, arranging fuel for an aircraft, crew hotels, transport, etc. and the next, you could be outside marshalling a Business Jet on to stand.

Working as part of a small, friendly and professional Flight Operations department, it's very important that you are a strong team player, and bring with you a variety of skills that will complement the existing team.

Main roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing handling requests
• Meeting and greeting VIP passengers and crew
• Marshalling and chocking aircraft
• Daily administrative duties as required
• Dealing efficiently with phone enquiries
• Arranging flight support services, such as fuel, catering, etc.
• Preparing flight documents for crew
• Invoice preparation

Individual Requirements

• A passion of delivering exceptional levels of Customer Services so previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
• Previous experience within Flight Operations is not essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent personal presentation
• Telephone manner and written communications are to be polished and accurate
• Willingness to work shifts and have a flexible response to short notice operational changes
• Strong team player

You will be required to work a shift pattern of that will include early morning, late evening and weekend work.

You will be provided with a company phone which you are expected to provide out of hours coverage as and when required.

You will also be required to wear a company uniform.

You will require a full UK driving licence and be able to provide a Basic Criminal Check (DBS) and a five year back ground check.
