Understand and supervise the confidential referral system. Preserve and uphold the confidentiality of all client information. Maintain filing systems.
Management of incoming post and any onward actions required (for example notifying individuals of pertinent updates/information or escalating where necessary).
Ordering and management of stock-levels of office equipment, clinical equipment and resource materials. Perform standard office admin and reception duties (including minute taking and typing letters). Maintaining a tidy, clean and welcoming reception space.
