As the First Line Manager for our Warehouse team your role will be varied, ensuring goods-in and goods-out processes are as efficient as possible, ultimately ensuring our service users receive important equipment in as short a time as possible.

Our Warehouse Operatives are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From picking and loading equipment, to liaising with our driver Technicians. Your role will also ensure they do so in a safe environment.


As well as managing the Team, you'll also be responsible for tracking and managing stock inventory, which will include liaising with purchasing and other teams.

This role requires strong communication skills and Warehouse experience and/or previous management experience.

Our Service Centre is based in Grantham, but we provide equipment across various Lincolnshire. Full training will be provided as a part of this role.


Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive important healthcare equipment as efficiently as possible.
